Police are investigating the cause of two separate fires overnight, one which has severely damaged a community hall at Ettalong Beach on the New South Wales Central Coast.
A Fire Brigade spokesman says the blaze broke out in the Fassifern Street hall around five o'clock this morning, and took three crews several hours to put out.
The site has now been handed over to Gosford Council to manage due to the discovery of asbestos in the building.
Meanwhile, a caravan parked at the back of a smash repairer at West Gosford has also been severely damaged by fire.
The Fire Brigade says crews were called to the business around one o'clock this morning.
